Stick Insects for Sale
We have live stick insects for sale at unheard of pricing. These amazing bugs can reach nearly seven inches in length, eat leaves, sway in the wind, and feign death as a primary defense mechanism. We offer four different spectacular species, with care requirements listed below. These are only available for sale to permitted educational facilities and entomologists.
Indian (Carausius morosus) – This species likes fresh or frozen blackberry, lettuce, ivy, rose, oak, and shefflera leaves as food. Avoid standing water, periodic misting is best. Room temperature is ideal. Adults are all females and they’ll reproduce prolifically without males. You can leave the eggs on the bottom of the enclosure and they should hatch within a few months.
Pink-wing (Sipylodea sipylus) – These Madagascan bugs can fly a little. Keep at room temperature and feed fresh or frozen blackberry, oak, rose, hawthorn, raspberry, or lettuce leaves. They don’t eat ivy. Room temperature is fine. Mist periodically instead of standing water in a dish. They reproduce quickly, and affix their eggs to various surfaces where they can be left to hatch on their own.
Vietnamese Giant (Ramulus artemis) – These are slow and deliberate climbers, and also the largest species we produce, which makes them great for interaction. This species prefers blackberry, oak, raspberry, privet, or hazel leaves. Some will consume ivy. Mist every day or every other day, and avoid water dishes. Keep them at room temperature. They will reproduce prolifically.
